Victor Moses is being linked with a departure from Chelsea as from the January transfer window.
Moses is behind Eden Hazard, Willian and Pedro in manager Maurizio Sarri’s pecking order of wingers and has found playing opportunities difficult to come by this season, making only one start from a possible thirteen.
Victor Moses is considering his Chelsea future after falling down the pecking order since Maurizio Sarri arrived at the club as head coach.
Sarri has come in and transformed Chelsea, who are undefeated in 12 games in all competition, and the switch in formation to 4-3-3 has seen Moses lose his place, with the club’s good form hindering opportunities for reserve players.
According to Ladbrokes, Manchester United lead the betting to sign Moses at odds of 3/1, but face competition from other Premier League clubs plus Championship teams.
The former Nigeria international is also reportedly on the wishlist of Crystal Palace, Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City, Watford, Liverpool, Arsenal, Wigan and Aston Villa.
Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho had approved the loaning of Moses to Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham while he was managing Chelsea.
Moses is contracted to Chelsea until the end of the 2020-2021 season and has scored 18 goals in 127 appearances for the club.
